At RCS Fitness Center our therapists offer sports massage, therapeutic massage and relaxation massage. Depending on client needs and interest, they combine postural assessments, deep tissue work, myofascial release, Swedish massage, craniosacral treatment and Reiki to reduce pain and stress, rehabilitate injury and create a healing environment for body, mind and spirit.
