Classes
Pilates Circuit Training Class:
In Circuit Training Class we begin with a group warm-up on the ball or mat and then move from one piece of equipment to another in a rotational fashion. Exercises are taught on each piece... the reformer, tower, chair, and barrel... and include the use of Pilates props, such as spine correctors and magic circles. Every six weeks we introduce different exercises with the intention of developing core strength and increasing mental acuity. Students need to have at least six months of Pilates experience.
We accept a maximum of six students per session to ensure a full and satisfying workout. You must sign up in advance and prepay for the six-week course.

Ballet Barre Workout:
Ballet Barre Workout encourages the development of long, lean muscle fibers in the legs and arms, much like those of ballet dancers. Movement warm-ups, arm work, and core exercise are taught in the center of the room, while footwork is performed at the ballet barre. Dancers enjoy this class because of the precise ballet work and the attention to details, and all who participate benefit from the concentrated focus on individual muscle groups through specific movement and repetition. Ballet Barre Class helps to increase balance, strength, and flexibility and offers a chance to move to music.

Ballet Core Class:
Combining Pilates mat work that specifically targets the core muscle groups with standing ballet leg work using individual barres creates the perfect synthesis in a workout. The warm-up begins on the floor with stretches and continues with intense Pilates strengthening, moving up to standing exercises. Ballet Core Class, taught by a seasoned ballet teacher, performer, and Pilates instructor, uses individual weighted ballet barres. It’s a highly effective strengthening workout and a great tool for building muscle strength.

Pilates Ball Class:
Pilates on the ball is a dynamic duo… cardio and stretch/strengthening. It’s an engaging and challenging class for people of all levels. Cardiovascular exercise is totally fun on the ball and helps develop concentration, as well as core strength. Pilates Ball Class encourages stability and develops subtle core muscles necessary for balance.

Pilates Mat Class:
Get the most results for the least amount of work with Pilates Mat Classes. Access greater flexibility and muscular endurance, fuller breathing, and an overall sense of well-being, while toning your body significantly. Allow our highly knowledgeable instructors to guide you in developing greater agility and exceptional muscle control.
